Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay
Located in the heart of Las Vegas, the Shark Reef Aquarium is home to thousands of animals, including giant rays and sea turtles. You’ll also find the Komodo dragon and colorful fish here. The Aquarium also offers a great opportunity for certified divers to get up close and personal with the animals. While the aquarium features some of the world’s most famous species, it also contains countless exotic animals. The aquarium has a large display of stingrays and countless other marine animals. Visitors can also view the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, nurse sharks, tarpon, and a plethora of other marine creatures. Ticket prices range from USD 105 to USD 155.
The Downtown Aquarium features more than 500 species of animals in over one million gallons of water. You can also dine at the restaurant, shop for souvenirs, or watch the dolphins play. You can even dive into the aquarium’s tanks to meet Sally the sea turtle. There’s also an underwater tunnel where you can see sea turtles, jellyfish, and fish in different settings. You can even take a glass-bottom boat ride and view the ocean creatures.

The aquarium’s two-acre water adventure zone features a pirate ship and water cannons. There are also over 20,000 different species of animals on exhibit here. The aquarium offers educational shows, a wild dolphin cruise, a penguin promenade, and a scuba diving adventure. However, if you’re a SCUBA certified diver, you’ll need a certification before you can participate in this activity.
The H-E-B Caribbean Sea exhibit features a Spanish galleon shipwreck with the famous reef sharks. The H-E-B exhibit at the Oregon Coast Aquarium is an exceptional showcase for a diverse lineup of marine creatures. Capitalizing on the Oregon coast’s Pacific Ocean location, the Oregon Coast Aquarium presents two different exhibits highlighting the marine life found along that shore. Sandy Shores showcases a variety of ocean creatures and the Rocky Shores features a live Dungeness crab and other Oregon species.
